PHOTOGRAPHY TRAINING PROGRAM FOCUSED ON YOUTH….

….Durante l’esposizione del World Press Photo 2016, che si terrà al Museo di Roma in Trastevere dal 29 Aprile al 29 Maggio, l’associazione culturale 10bphotography organizzerà un programma formativo sulla fotografia intitolato “Miniracconti” focalizzato sui giovani, per elevare le loro capacità di comunicazione narrativa e visiva, coinvolgendoli in un programma educativo per promuovere il loro interesse e condurli alla scoperta del mondo dei media e delle industrie creative, in modo da rendere possibile l'opportunità di uno sviluppo professionale. Il progetto avrà luogo a Roma con la partecipazione dell’organizzazione no-profit “;Diversamente". Questa organizzazione, attiva dal 2005 nell’area metropolitana di Roma, gestisce diverse attività, tra cui centri per bambini, librerie per il gruppo di età 6-10 anni, attività culturali ed educative per adolescenti, inclusione e orientamento professionale per i giovani che non prosperano nel sistema educativo tradizionale. “:Diversamente” per il suo servizio di programmi di apprendimento, si appoggia al supporto di un team multidisciplinare composta da formatori, consulenti, animatori, psicologi, terapisti e, soprattutto, esperti nel mondo delle arti (espressive, creative e figurative), tenendo programmi su misura. “:Diversamente” beneficia di contributi pubblici e privati, benefici parte di associazioni di volontariato e condivide le strutture di una scuola pubblica locale.

Diversamente si trova a Cinecittà, un quartiere costruito negli anni 30’ per ospitare gli Studi dei film Italiani. Negli anni 50’ gli studi di Cinecittà (www.cinecittastudios.it/en) ospitarono un’importante produzione e vennero soprannominati “Hollywood sul Tevere”. Più tardi gli studi vennero privatizzati e si trasformano in un posto creativo e adatto a produzioni di film, eventi a tema e aperti al pubblico. Il programma “Miniracconti” intende stimolare la creatività di 20 candidati selezionati da Diversamente, con il supporto di un fotografo professionista. Attraverso l’elemento della fotografia e ideografia, il programma Canon per giovani talenti, offre ai giovani l’opportunità di “dire in un click” e, attraverso l’uso dell’ultima Canon uscita sul mercato, far sentire la loro voce, la loro storia, documentare il loro ambiente, eventi o situazioni che influenzano la loro attenzione. Data l'area di provenienza e il riferimento di Cinecitta 'Studios, il progetto Young Talents sponsorizzato da Canon offre l'opportunità di scoprire, incubare o migliorare gli elementi di creatività nei giovani, sviluppando nuove capacità per soddisfare al meglio le domande di lavoro nell’area nella quale vivono. Canon Italia è interessata a valutare la possibilità di programmi di tutoraggio professionale e stage interni nei nostri uffici.

….Stefano De Luigi, è un fotografo documentarista. Collabora con diverse riviste, anche se è meglio conosciuto per il suo progetto a lungo termine che include Blanco, Visions of Blindness, pubblicato da Trolley nel 2010 e prodotto con il supporto da Who/Vision 2020 e 2007 W,E Smith Fellowship. Il lavoro multimediale Blanco è stato premiato con il secondo premio a World Press Photo 2011. De Luigi ha vissuto a Parigi e ha lavorato per il Museo del Louvre nel 1990, documentandone la ristrutturazione fino al 1993. Dal 2003 al 2008 ha collaborato con l’internazionale NGO CBM e con WHO sul progetto Vision 2020, sulla cecità e bassa visione delle persone. Nel 2007, è stato invitato dal Locarno Film Festival internazionale, per presentare il suo progetto Cinema Mundi, iniziato nel 2006 ed esitato nella creazione di un cortometraggio poi proiettato in Piazza Grande, Locarno nel 2007. Cinema Mundi si concentra sulla scena cinematografica alternativa esterna alla colossale “Fabbrica dei sogni" di Hollywood. De Luigi ha vinto il World Press Photo tre volte in diverse categorie (1998, 2007, 2009), e la Moving Walls of Soros Foundation nel 2009. Nel 2010 il progetto T.I.A. nel continente africano ha vinto il 1 ° premio al Days Japan e al Getty Grant per Fotografia Editoriale. Ha vinto il primo premio fotografico sullo Zoom-In concorso fotografico mondiale sulla povertà nel 2011. Francesco Zizola, ha fotografato alcuni dei principali conflitti del mondo e le loro crisi nascoste. Il suo libro "Born Somewhere" è il risultato di un progetto durato 13 anni, durante il quale Zizola ha analizzato la situazione dei bambini in 28 diversi paesi in tutto il mondo. Francesco Zizola, has photographed some of the world's major conflicts and their hidden crises. His book "Born Somewhere" is the result of a 13-year project, during which Zizola analyzed the situation of children in 28 different countries around the world. Francesco has received many international awards; including the World Press Photo of the Year 1996, which documents the tragedy of land mines in Angola, along with nine other awards in the World Press Photo competitions and four Picture of the Year awards.
